The App contains references to pubs and alcohol. The App is not intended for children.

Account information

Device, technical and usage information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Allow users to search for and rate pubs.
• Enable users to collect in-app pub cards.
• Enable social features, including public/private profiles and follower permissions.
• Personalise the App experience.
• Provide customer support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve App performance.
• Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, misuse or security incidents.

At present, the App may not include advertising or marketing features. However, we may introduce advertising, sponsored content, pub promotions, brand partnerships or similar commercial features in the future.

We do not sell personal information unless clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

With other users

Your profile, ratings, reviews, photos and pub cards may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings.

With service providers

We may share information with trusted providers such as cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, crash reporting, and customer support tools. These providers may only use it for services they provide to us.

For legal or safety reasons

We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights and safety of users.

You should not upload or share content you do not want others to see. No online service can guarantee that content will never be copied or re-shared by others.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload.

If you upload photos, they may be stored, displayed, processed and shared within the App. Photos may contain personal data. You should obtain permission before uploading photos of other people where required.

We may send service-related notifications such as account updates, security alerts and follower requests. You can manage push notification permissions through your device settings.

The App and any related website may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand App usage and improve performance.

• Ratings and pub contributions may be retained to preserve the integrity of community features.
